2. Description of Service

  • Create, schedule, and publish content to connected social media accounts.
  • Retrieve analytics, engagement metrics, and inbox messages from connected platforms.

4. API Usage & Rate Limits

  • API keys are issued per organization and come in two environments: test and live.
  • You must not share API keys publicly, embed them in client-side code, or commit them to public repositories.
  • We reserve the right to impose and adjust rate limits to ensure fair usage and platform stability.
  • Automated or programmatic access must comply with the usage policies of each connected third-party platform.
  • You must not use the Service to circumvent rate limits, terms, or restrictions imposed by third-party social media platforms.

6. Content Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for all content you create, schedule, or publish through the Service.
  • You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit.
  • We do not pre-screen content but reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
  • We are not liable for any consequences arising from content you publish to third-party platforms through our Service.

7. Billing & Payments

  • The Service offers a free tier with up to 2 connected social accounts per organization.
  • Additional accounts are billed on a usage-based model through Stripe. Pricing details are available on our website and dashboard.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
